LATEST NEWS / UPDATES
UPDATE: 3/25/2008
You may have noticed a lack of regular updates to the site in recent months, err, YEARS... I'm really sorry for this. Between work and personal stuff, I've just been too busy. My original plan (3 years ago) was to convert this site to PHP with a MySQL database backend. I actually completed a good portion of it, but then other things became a priority and this project sort of fell by the wayside. Even though most of the site coding is done, the rest of the project is still very time consuming because of the amount of data that needs to be entered into the database... so basically, the prospect isn't all that appealing at the moment. I do have every intent of finishing someday, but for now I at least wanted to update this page for the first time in three years to let any visitors know what's going on (and to apologize for the extreme lack of updates).

INTRODUCTION / OVERVIEW
Welcome to www.dadadiscography.net. I created this site back in July of 2003. Initially, it was designed for my own personal use in keeping track of all the various dada tracks I was missing. There was just so much information (and misinformation) out there, it was getting hard to keep it all straight... so in my typically anal way of doing things, this site was born. I figured it would be a great resource to all dada fans once it got going and more information was added to it... and well, I was right. The amount of information on the site now far surpasses what was originally there at the beginning, and it continues to grow by leaps and bounds every month. Thank you to everyone who has supported this site by either contributing or just saying how much you appreciate it.
NOTES & TECHNICAL STUFF
All track lengths should be correct within approximately +/- 3 seconds. I have marked each track in a color coded bullet system. The key to what it means is located at the bottom of each page. In most cases, the type of bullet shows whether I have each track or not (mostly for my personal reference but also to help others easily see if they can hook me up with something I need).
I've done my best to ensure cross-browser compatibility with this site. However, certain aesthetic features will only look correct in IE 5.5+ or comparable browsers. These types of things should not affect the functionality of the site, just the look. I do, however, highly recommend viewing the site with a screen resolution of at least 800x600. All the pages have been designed with this width in mind because of the large amount of data contained herein. You may also notice an extreme lack of spiffy design/graphics, etc. Because this site is primarily for raw data/information (and there can be alot of it), I decided to make it as quick and easy to load and navigate as possible.
