ARTIST: Dada
TUNING: Standard, down half a step (Low to High: Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb)
The guitars on all of dada's albums since "El Subliminoso"
are tuned down half a step because of Michael Gurley's
carpal tunnel. You can play this song in standard tuning,
but it will sound just a bit too high.
CAPO: None

== INTRODUCTORY NOTES ==
===================================================================
This song of course sounds best if you tune the guitar down half
a step, but it's not necessary. The chords listed below are all
relative to position, not pitch. For example, anything listed as
an "E" is really "Eb", due to the lower tuning, but it's been
named "E" because the fingering is the way you'd play an "E" if
the guitar were in standard tuning, and so on...
The song starts out on acoustic guitar and quickly gets built up
in such a way that it's difficult, if not impossible to pick out
the exact chords underneath the rest of the tune. The chords I've
notated below sound pretty much correct and will definitely get
you from start to finish, but I can't say for sure that this is
what Joie was playing exactly. There is a lot of minor variation
anyway, as usual. For example, I'd throw in some additional
variation of D chords for the "D" stretch in the choruses, such
as Dsus2 and Dsus4. But really, just play whatever sounds good to
you.
One of the most difficult parts as far as figuring what exactly is
being played is the bridge. I've got the basic chords noted below,
but who really knows the exact way Joie is fingering the stuff
underneath the production. I've shown a couple of different ways
to play the Fm and Fm7 parts, so you can pick which place sounds
best to you.
I think that's about all the notes I've got for this tune. Enjoy.
