This song of course sounds best if you tune the guitar down half 
a step, but it's not necessary. The chords listed below are all 
relative to position, not pitch. For example, anything listed as 
an "E" is really "Eb", due to the lower tuning, but it's been 
named "E" because the fingering is the way you'd play an "E" if 
the guitar were in standard tuning, and so on...

The chords listed below are for the most part correct. However, to
play the song correctly you have to fingerpick the rhythm. There 
is no strumming involved here. Listen to the song to hear the way
Joie does it and then imitate it. For the most part, hold down the
entire chord indicated, hit the root note with your thumb, then 
hit two or three of the higher notes in the chord with two of your
other fingers. The chorus chords are just strummed one time each.

There are some slight variations in the chord structure. For 
example, Joie will play Cmaj7 instead of C at certain spots, etc.
Just do what you like and use the chords as a guide.
