This is a recording from the "Ribfest" event that takes place every year in Naperville, IL. But beyond that, some of the (more rabid) fans ;) on the dada message boards decided to make this event into a special "Dadafest" celebration. People came from all over the country (myself included) to enjoy the show and partake in the company of fellow dada freaks. It was a great time. The icing on the cake, of course, is the now legendary after-party hosted at the home of one of the message board members. And what a party it was! The band was invited, and even though there was no obligation for them to come, they did. The final two bonus tracks on this boot were recorded when they took to the deck and played a couple of songs for all of the dadaphiles in attendance! And thus was TRULY born "Dadafest"....
