NOTES

The source for this disc is the German video tape.

The previous/original version of this boot was from an MP3 source. The order of the tracks was also incorrect ("Surround" was track 9 instead of track 4). The new version of this boot was made directly from the video tape by Tim Younkin. The songs are in the correct order, there are no gaps, and the quality is much better. If you have the old version and want to replace it, just let me know.
