NOTES
|
|
This disc originated from John Treffeisen (a.k.a. Uncle Irving). There seems to be more than
one version of it, but this was the track listing when it began "wide" circulation in 2003.
Uncle Irving had this to say about the compilation itself and some of the track discrepancies
that you might notice between different versions:
"Well, since I'm pretty much the PSR source, I will cop to playing with the track order over the years.
For example, Joie expressed a dislike for some of the included songs and so a new version was borne,
just for him... but for a trader or two it was the version they got and possibly passed along. Once, I was
recording a version of PSR from my hard drive and inadvertantly transposed two tracks... oops. Also, since
this was originally put together when 74 minutes was the max, later versions have from time to time different
"bonus" tracks thrown in there as well. VERY early editions of PSR (prior to mid 2000) did not include 'Kiss
Hollywood Goodbye' or 'Do It' because they were unknown at the time. Confusing enough?"
